Free credit and limits
- New-user credit
- Each eligible new account receives CNY 10 once. The credit does not renew and cannot be withdrawn.
- Shared monthly budget
- All accounts share a CNY 1,000 service budget per UTC calendar month. It is not a separate allowance for each person.
- When credit runs out
- New generation pauses when your credit or the shared budget is exhausted. Paid top-ups and subscriptions are not currently available.
- Your balance
- Sign in to the studio to see your remaining credit and current limits.
How credit is used
The studio shows an estimated cost before you submit. Narrivela deducts a conservative estimate before each uncached speech-provider request, including retries and requests created when a long script is divided. A failed or cancelled attempt can still use credit if the provider processed it. Reusing cached audio adds no new provider-attempt charge.
A long task or batch can stop partway through if its credit or the shared budget runs out; finished results remain available to download. Resuming unfinished work needs available credit. Input, file, and active-task limits also apply. Read the full service terms.
